Our Repair, Remanufacture & Exchange services provide you with various options to suit your specific needs. You can choose to have your products repaired, remanufactured, or exchanged for new or refurbished ones, depending on your budget and preferences. We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that ensure your satisfaction.

Extended Warranty

Maintenance budget stability can be further enhanced through NHP’s Extended Warranty program. Extending your ‘back to base’ warranty period can give you peace of mind knowing that unexpected maintenance costs, through an unexpected failure, won't impact on you daily operations.



Warranty

Additional protection against the cost of repairs can be achieved through extending the standard warranty up to a maximum of five years, on a selected range of NHP and its supply line partner products.

Furthermore, the standard “Back To Base” warranty can be UPGRADED for a range of selected items to a “Parts and Labour” service, whereby a qualified field support engineer commissions the replacement part.


Remanufacturing and Exchange

If your automation equipment malfunctions or fails, only NHP, the authorised distributor, can provide complete, cost-effective remanufacturing services. Our services provide factory enhancements that extend equipment life, while enhancing its performance and compatibility.

Every automation product you send for repair will undergo a remanufacturing process. Exclusive to NHP, this guaranteed process assures your complete satisfaction.

Pay as you go, or annual repair agreements are available to stabilise your maintenance budget.


Repair and Inventory Management

Repair+ is one contract for simplified repair budgeting that streamlines your repair order process with Rockwell Automation


Inventory+ provides customers with ready access to Rockwell Automation critical spare sparts stored at their facility. The agreement also includes Priority Replenishment stock for faster turnaround times and a dedicated budget to cover repairs and parts used from the agreement stock.


Preventitive Maintenance+ is an annual agreement that extends the lifecycle of your assets, optimizes performance and manages maintenance costs using standard maintenance activities, inspections and tests to verify optimal operation, plus an extended parts warranty to cover any unforeseen failures.
