Customer-Driven Enhancements: NHP's New Price and Availability Tool

Our recent project to enhance the Price and Availability (P&A) feature on our website is a shining example of this dedication; this feature, which has been a cornerstone of our online platform for years, received a significant upgrade thanks to the efforts of our development team

The journey began with invaluable feedback from our customers. They highlighted areas for improvement, and we listened. Our team of talented developers embarked on the complex six-month project with a strong sense of ownership, driving the project forward and creating a product we are genuinely proud of. 

Here at NHP, we take immense pride in conducting all our development in-house. This strategy empowers us to swiftly respond to customer feedback and implement necessary adjustments without any delays. By maintaining complete control over our development processes, we ensure that our high standards are consistently met. For the P&A project we took an extra step by involving customer testers. These beta testers provided real-world feedback, which was vital in fine-tuning the feature. By closing the feedback loop, we ensured that the customers who instigated the changes, could see the improvements first-hand and offer further insights for future iterations. 

As always, we received steadfast support from Sitecore, our CMS provider. Their robust infrastructure and continuous upgrades enable us to deliver a best-in-class experience to customers. This partnership has been instrumental in our ability to innovate and improve our offerings consistently.
