After nearly 40 years of service, the RSLogix™ 5 software used with the Allen-Bradley® PLC-5® system is approaching its final chapter. With the end of new activations scheduled for 31 December 2025, it's time for businesses to plan their next move and ensure continuity in their automation strategies.
What’s Changing?

- New software activations will be discontinued after 31 December 2025.
- The product is already in its End of Life phase — updates and bug fixes are no longer being provided.
