1. Condition of Entry

I have read, understood and accepted the Privacy Policy as set by NHP Electrical Engineering Products.

I, acknowledge that I am entering the property at my own risk and release, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NHP and its employees from all liability for any injury or loss which they may sustain while in or on the property due directly to their failure to exercise prudent care and caution or failure to follow the instructions from NHP staff.

I am aware I am NOT allowed to be on-site under any level of influence of drugs or alcohol and smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on any NHP site.

I give permission for NHP to use any images/footage that may be taken during this event and used without acknowledgement, remuneration or compensation in any marketing material (including but not limited to catalogues, brochures, NHP corporate website, apps, videos, DVD’s, newsletters and social media promotions).



1.1. Visitors on NHP Site

All visitors must sign the visitors register upon first reporting to Reception and get a visitors pass and lanyard, which must be worn at all times whilst on site. You must be accompanied at all times by an NHP employee.) You must only enter or exit via designated areas and follow all safety rules and report potential hazards / incidents, including near misses. Written information regarding applicable emergency arrangements shall be issued to all visitors and shall be retained for the duration of their visit. The nominated company contact shall be responsible for monitoring visitors’ compliance with the site safety requirements. Upon departing I will return to Reception, hand back pass and sign out.



1.2. Enrolment 

Enrolments will be confirmed in writing, prior to the course commencement date, once the completed registration and payment is received by NHP.



1.3. Pricing and Payment

Payment must be made prior to the course date by either Purchase Order, Credit Card and/or Training Vouchers. The course fee covers the cost of tuition, course materials, equipment and refreshments where applicable.

Course fees on the Purchase Order is in New Zealand dollars including GST and are subject to change without notice.



1.4. Course Documentation

Published course descriptions are for general reference only. Course documentation and printed material provided in NHP Electrical Engineering training courses is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. No audio or visual recording of NHP Electrical Engineering’s training courses, or of NHP Electrical Engineering personnel teaching such courses, may be taken or reproduced electronically without prior written consent.



1.5. Digital Training courseware

  • Rockwell Automation strives to be a leader in green initiatives and looks to expand this effort by transitioning some of the training courses to paperless format.
  • Rockwell Automation’s digital platform will offer students convenient access to eMaterial anywhere, anytime, both on- and off-line, make notes and print eMaterial.
  • Students will need to download eMaterial to their own devices prior to the class, and bring their device with them to class.


1.6. General

NHP Electrical Engineering reserves the right to change course schedules, discontinue courses, modify course content, limit class size and cancel courses.



1.7. Cancellation

  • Full course fee charged for cancellations/postponements received within 15 calendar days, prior to course commencement (excludes TUV training).
  • Confirmation will be provided 3-months out for the TUV course date commencement. Once confirmed no cancellation/postponements are possible and full course fee will be charged for cancellations/postponements.
  • Full course fee charged for no-show participants.
  • Suitably qualified replacements are welcome provided they register prior to commencement of the first day of the Course.
  • Customers will receive a full refund of fees paid in advance should Rockwell Automation default.
  • Requests for cancellations and transfers must be received in writing and acknowledged by Rockwell Automation.
